专利说明:
description MOUNTING ELEMENT FOR LUMINAIRE The present invention relates to a mounting element according to the preamble of claim 1, which is intended for use in an elongate luminaire, which is esp. In so-called. Light band systems used. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a lamp with a corresponding add-on element. Lichtbandsysteme are known in different embodiments. They usually have an elongated support member for holding the cables for the power supply, to which then individual so-called. Lamp modules can be recognized. An advantage of such lighting systems is that lighting arrangements of almost any length can be realized and usually a variety of different lights is available, which differ in terms of their appearance and the achievable with the respective light output and optionally arranged on the support element can be. As a result, there is a high degree of flexibility in the realization of larger lighting systems. A luminaire, which is intended for use in such a light band system, is known, for example, from EP 2 375 149 A2 of the Applicant. Such a lamp, which is often also referred to as a bar light, in this case initially has a base unit in the form of a so-called. Beam, which is attached to the support rail, so the support member of the lighting system and at the same time the lines for power supply and possibly for signal transmission contacted. The lightbar is also used at the same time the holder of the lamp or the operating equipment and the light sources, in which case one or more elongated fluorescent lamps are provided as light sources. Furthermore, an additional add-on element is provided on the lower side of the luminaire beam, which has a special optics for influencing the light output of the luminaire and is additionally designed in the embodiment described in EP 2 375 149 such that the luminaire fulfills the so-called IP 50 protection class. So it is dustproof. This is achieved in the known case in that special seals are provided on the retrofittable attachment which encloses the light sources, through which a dust-tight transition to the remaining components of the lamp is created. Beam lights of the type described above differ not only in terms of the optical components, which essentially affect the appearance of the lamp and the way the light output, but also in terms of the number and performance of the light sources used. Thus, beam lights are known both with one and with two fluorescent lamps arranged parallel to each other. Furthermore, there are fluorescent lamps in different power classes available, esp. Given by the coming to use control gear, how many fluorescent lamps and with what power they can be supplied. The corresponding information is also referred to as wattage of the lamp. If such lights are equipped with the light sources, which may be the case, for example, when starting the lamp or when changing a defective lamp, it must be ensured that the appropriate, the wattage of the lamp corresponding lamp type is used. Usually, therefore, it has been heretofore envisaged to display the wattage on the luminaire, in particular on the luminaire beam itself, with the aid of a corresponding adhesive label. When using the above-mentioned attachments, with the help special optics are added to influence the light output, but then there is the problem that these attachments cover the Wattage display on the light, so that it is no longer visible. Such a problem arises esp. In add-on elements, which are designed dust-proof, since in this case, the attachment then forms its own, substantially closed housing, which covers the Wattage display of the lamp over. When replacing a defective lamp so it can no longer be immediately recognized which light source (s) should be re-used (s). The present invention is therefore the task of creating a solution to the above problem, such that even when using appropriate attachments is immediately apparent, which wattage has the light. The object is achieved by an attachment for releasable attachment to an elongated lamp with the features of claim 1. Advantageous developments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims. The inventive solution is based on the idea that in addition to the Wat-days display on the lightbar itself and the attachment display means for adjustable display of operating information of the lamp, esp. For displaying the Wattage of the lamp has. Therefore, an attachment for releasable attachment to an elongated light, esp. A lamp of a lighting system is proposed, wherein the attachment is adapted to surround one or more light sources of the lamp, and according to the invention the attachment element display means for adjustable display of a Operating information of the lamp, esp. For displaying a Wattage of the lamp has. The fact that now the wattage of the lamp is displayed on the attachment itself, so it is immediately apparent when changing the lamp, which type of light source can be connected to the lamp sockets. The fact that the display is adjustable, the possibility also opens up to provide identical running attachments for lights of different wattages available. In other words, for the luminaire of a particular wattage, it is not necessary to provide a specially adapted add-on element, but this can generally be used in common for all luminaires, in which case the adjustable display is matched to the corresponding luminaire when the add-on element is attached. The display means according to the invention are esp. Mechanically adjustable, for example, this can be done by the display means having a plurality of display elements, each corresponding to a specific operating information or a specific wattage and are optionally removable. These display elements can be formed in particular by so-called tear-off tabs, in which case different tear-off tabs are present in the initial state, which are ultimately all removed except for the tab which displays the correct information. In particular, the tear-off straps can be made of plastic, wherein they are preferably integrally attached to at least one end element of the attachment element. This special arrangement is advantageous in that the end element or the end elements of the optics of beam lights are usually designed as plastic components, which are produced by injection molding. Here is the attachment of additional tear-off with a relatively low cost feasible. In particular, the add-on element according to the invention can form an optical system for influencing the light output of the luminaire or have corresponding optical means. Furthermore, it is preferably carried out dust-proof, such that it meets the protection class IP 50. The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 shows a section of a lighting band system with an attached thereto Beam lamp without add-on element; Figure 2 is a perspective view of the beam lamp with attachment; FIG. 3 is an exploded view of an attachment according to the invention; Figures 4 and 5 are views of the add-on element according to the invention for a set coming end parts and Figure 6 is the inside view of the end portion of an inventive cultivation elements. Figure 1 shows first the basic structure of a typical lighting system with an attached so-called. Beam lamp. The basic structure of the light band system 100 is formed by an elongated support rail 10, which is formed by a U-shaped profile element which is open towards the underside. This mounting rail 10 can either be attached directly to a ceiling or suspended and serves to hold a plurality of lamp units, wherein in Fig. 1, a single lamp unit is shown, which is provided with the reference numeral 30. In this context, it should be noted that Fig. 1 shows only a short section of the lighting system 100. In fact, the mounting rail 10 is significantly longer than the lamp unit 30 attached thereto, so that usually a plurality of lamp units 30 - in particular flush - are mounted one behind the other on the support rail 10. The lamp unit 30, in turn, initially consists of an elongated cover bar 31, which is attached and secured from the bottom to the support rail 10. With the aid of coupling elements 36 (see FIG. 2), which are accessible and operable via openings 35 in the cover bar 31, both a mechanical attachment to the support rail 10 and an electrical contact within the support rail 10 extending, not shown here Power lines take place. These can run in different ways within the mounting rail, e.g. such that a free arrangement of the lamp units 30 on the support rail 10 is made possible, which additionally increases the flexibility of the light band system 100. However, it would also be conceivable to design the lighting strip system in such a way that the lighting units can be arranged only at fixed predetermined positions. This is irrelevant to the present invention. The lamp unit 30 further has at the two end faces holding elements 32, which serve the arrangement of lamp sockets 33. In these versions 33, an elongated light source 34 is used in the form of a fluorescent lamp in the illustrated embodiment. The power supply of the lamp 34 via lamp operating means 37, which are arranged on the upper side of the cover bar 31 and accordingly arranged after mounting the lamp unit 30 in the receiving space 11 of the support rail 10. In Figure 1, the lamp 30 is shown without additional attachments or optical means. In general, however, it is provided that the lamp 30 is assigned a mounting element, as it is, for example, shown in Figure 2 and provided with the reference numeral 50. This add-on element 50 includes optical means or forms an optical system in order to influence the light output of the luminaire 30 in a suitable manner. Often, the optics should at the same time also form a dust cover or be designed in such a way that the penetration of dust and the like into the attachment element 50 is prevented to ensure that it does not attach to transparent elements of the cover and, accordingly, the light output or the appearance the lamp 30 adversely affected. Ideally, the so-called degree of protection IP50 should be achieved, by which a corresponding dust protection of the luminaire 30 is defined. The mounting of the add-on element 50 takes place in that this is placed on the lamp unit 30 and latched with this, for example. Subsequently, the attachment element 50 can be temporarily opened from the underside and the lamp 34 can be inserted into the corresponding sockets 33. For this purpose, as already mentioned, the lower cover has to be temporarily removed, but it is reapplied after fixing the lamp 34 in the sockets 33 in order to close the attachment element 50. A conceivable embodiment of a mounting element 50 is shown in exploded view in Figure 3. In this case, the attachment element 50 has an elongated, approximately C-shaped housing element 51, which on the one hand serves for attachment to the lamp unit or the beam 31 and, on the other hand, forms the mount for all further components of the attachment element 50. In this case, in particular in the interior of the add-on element 50, a reflector 52, preferably C-shaped, of preferably highly reflective material is arranged, which surrounds the light sources in order to be able to use the light emitted by them as efficiently as possible. The underside of the element 51 is closed by the frame-shaped cover 53, which additionally serves for the storage of optical elements, for example a corresponding scattering or prismatic disk 54. However, if necessary, this disk 54 can also be made clear, which is particularly suitable if 50 additional optical elements, e.g. a grid or the like are arranged. As already mentioned, this cover 53 is detachably designed by the housing element 51 in order to allow access to the interior of the attachment element 50. This releasable holder can be achieved by means of corresponding, not shown detent elements. A circumferential seal 55 also ensures that the desired dust protection is also achieved in this lower area. At the two end sides of the add-on element 50 this is completed by corresponding end portions 60. As the illustration of Figure 3 is removed, the housing member 51 on its upper side extending in the longitudinal direction, substantially closed wall 51a. This makes it possible in a simple manner to achieve the desired dust protection for the add-on element 50, but at the same time it covers the underside of the light bar 31 facing the add-on element 50 completely. An attached to this light bar 31 information regarding the wattage of the lamp 30 is accordingly no longer recognizable in the assembled state of the add-on element 50. If now, for example, due to a defect, a lamp to be replaced, it is not readily apparent which lamp type is suitable, which may possibly lead to the lamp 30 is equipped with wrong lamps. In order to avoid this problem, a special embodiment of the add-on element 50, in particular the end parts 60 is provided, which will be explained in more detail below with reference to Figures 4 to 6. The peculiarity here is that the end portions 60 provide a display available by which the wattage of the lamp 30 is directly visible and accordingly the problem described above is avoided. This display is optionally adjustable to a certain Wattage value, so that the add-on element 50 according to the invention can be used universally and is independent of the type of luminaire. This, in turn, means that a separate add-on element does not have to be provided for each luminaire type of different wattage, which ultimately also leads to a reduction in the corresponding costs. The display means according to the invention are in this case formed in that on the upper side 61 of the front part 60 three distributed on the circumference arranged tear-off tabs 65-67 are formed, which are each printed with a different Wattage value. In the illustrated embodiment, the values 35W, 49W and 80W are provided here, although obviously other values can be represented accordingly, if necessary. However, for the currently used fluorescent lamps and luminaire types, these three values are the usual wattage values of a luminaire, depending on which lamp type is used and the number of luminaires used. When commissioning the lamp 30 or when first attaching the attachment member 50 to the lamp 30, the wattage of the lamp 30 is known, so that in a simple way the tear-off tabs with the incorrect wattage values can be removed. There then remains only the tear-off tab with the correct wattage display, which, however-as can be seen in FIG. 6 -is immediately recognizable after removal of the lower opening 53. In the present case, the tear-off tabs 65 and 67 have been removed and the tab 66 remains, which indicates the wattage value 49W for the luminaire. When equipping the lamp 30 with fluorescent lamps or a change of the lamp (s) so the person can then immediately read off the correct wattage value and select the appropriate lamp. The attachment of the tear-off tabs 65-67 according to the invention on the front parts 60 lends itself here in particular. Therefore, since the end portions 60 usually consist of plastic and, for example, are produced by injection molding. With a relatively low cost in this case the additional tear-off straps can be made, which are then integrally connected to the front part 60, but can be removed without much effort. In other words, the additional expenditure for realizing the tanning display according to the invention is relatively low and is clearly compensated by the advantage that can be achieved. Alternatively, of course, the tear-off straps could also be arranged or fastened otherwise or the display means could be realized in another form. Ultimately, so with the help of the solution according to the invention provides a simple way to always be able to display the correct wattage of a lamp. Of course, the tear tabs according to the invention can of course also indicate other operating parameters of the luminaire, depending on which information should be immediately apparent.
